A mockup is a realistic drawing of how your store will look before we build it, like a scale model of a house before construction. Figma is the professional tool where we design it; you view and comment on it from your browser, nothing to install.

What we need from you
Once all of this is complete, the 5 to 7 business day clock starts.
- Your logo in good quality, ideally as a vector file (SVG, AI or PDF).
- Your brand fonts, if you have them, with their license.
- Homepage, campaign and collection photos, without text on them.
- High-quality product photos (at least 1,000 pixels wide).
- Your product information: names, prices, sizes and variants.
- Your idea or design references; if you have none, take the Figma add-on.
- Essential Plan: your domain already set up.
- Access permissions to your store (see the next section).
Store permissions
You just give us access; we install and set up everything. In this order:
- 1Send us a screenshot of Settings › Users in your store.
- 2Create a theme password for our email with the free Theme Access app.
- 3Give our user full permissions, including installing apps.
- 4Assign us the “Online store editor” role with Products and Apps permissions.
- 5At the end, you change the currency format and publish, since only the owner can.
We never ask for access to your orders, customers, payments or finances. You can remove access whenever you want.
