The controller of your personal data is ShopExpertos, a company registered in Colombia, which operates the ShopExpertos brand.

What data we collect
Form data: name, WhatsApp, email, store link, plan of interest and your message.
WhatsApp conversations with our customer service.
Only if you accept cookies: our own visitor cookie and analytics data (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager), such as browser and device type (user agent), pages visited, referrer and campaign parameters.

Who it is shared with
We use providers that help us operate:
Google (Analytics and Workspace email).
WhatsApp and Meta (messaging).
MetaDigitalOcean (hosting).
Cloudflare.
They only receive the data needed to provide their service.
Your rights
You have the right to know, update and rectify your data, to ask us to delete it and to revoke the authorization you gave us.
To exercise them, write to [email protected]. We answer queries within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days, as set by Colombian law.
International transfers
Some of our providers have servers outside Colombia. Because of this, your data may be processed in other countries.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only for as long as needed for the purposes described here and for our legal obligations.
