By using this website or hiring our services you accept these terms.

We provide design and theme customization services for stores that already run on Shopify. This includes: a free quote with no strings attached, a work plan, a made-to-measure theme, a panel to manage your content, organization of collections, menus and product fields, setup of the photos and videos you send us, testing on phone, tablet and computer, and the rounds of changes in your plan.

Not included:

Product or campaign photography.

Logo or brand identity creation.

Writing of sales copy.

Google or Meta ads and search engine ranking.

Setup of payments, shipping, taxes or checkout.

Purchase, selection or setup of payment apps.

Legal texts for your store.

Migration from any platform other than Shopify.

Essential Plan: COP 3,500,000. Guided Plan: COP 6,000,000. Add-on of 3 design proposals in Figma: COP 500,000. These are base prices in Colombian pesos, paid once.

Prices shown in other currencies are only a reference, converted from Colombian pesos. The final amount is set in your proposal and in your signed contract.

Prices and texts on this website may change. If there is any difference, the signed contract prevails.

Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days. The period starts only when we have received all the material and all the permissions. If something is missing, the period does not start, or it pauses, until we receive it.

The project includes 3 rounds: the initial delivery, a round with your comments and an optional third round if needed. We accept a maximum of 2 feedback documents, one per round.

Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.

Send the complete material: logos, fonts, photos, product data and references.

Hold the rights and licences for the logos, fonts, photos and texts you send us.

Give us correct and complete information.

Keep the access permissions active while the project lasts.

We ask for, in this order: a screenshot of Settings › Users, the theme password, full permissions for our user (including installing apps) and the online store editor role with Products and Apps permissions.

We never access your orders, customers, payments or finances. You can remove the permissions at any time.

We never publish your live store without your approval. Only the store owner can publish and change the currency format.

Your content (brand, logos, photos, texts and data) stays yours. Once payment is complete, the customizations we deliver for your store are yours too.

Third-party themes and apps keep their own licences.

In Colombia, payment is by bank transfer in pesos. In other countries, by credit card through a secure payment link.

The details and exact payment terms are in the contract.

At the end of the project you sign a delivery acceptance record. With it you confirm that you received what was agreed and the project is closed.

These commercial details are defined in the signed contract.

We are not responsible for:

Outages or changes on the Shopify platform.

Third-party apps.

Payment gateways, shipping or taxes.

The sales results of your business.
